What is three jaw puller?
The three-jaw puller is a tool frequently used in mechanical maintenance. It is mainly used to remove the damaged bearing from the shaft along the axial direction. It is mainly composed of a rotary handle, a spiral rod and a claw. There are two claws and three claws. The main dimensions are the claw length, the claw spacing, and the screw length to adapt to bearings of different diameters and different axial installation depths. When in use, position the screw tip at the top hole of the shaft end to adjust the claw position so that the claw is hooked on the outer ring of the bearing, and rotate the rotary handle to drive the claw to move the bearing outward along the axial direction for removal.
The three-jaw puller is divided into manual and hydraulic pullers.
The hydraulic puller moves forward directly with the hydraulic starter rod, so the push rod itself does not rotate. The claw seat can be adjusted forward and backward directly with the thread. When operating, just swing the handle back and forth slightly, the hydraulic starter rod moves forward, the claw moves back accordingly, and the object being pulled is pulled out.

How to use
The hydraulic puller is a new ideal tool to replace the traditional puller. It has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible use, easy and labor-saving operation, less site restrictions, etc. It is suitable for various maintenance sites.
1. Tighten the return oil valve stem clockwise before use;
2. Adjust the claw seat to the claw hook to grab the pulled object;
3. Move the piston starter rod back and forth to move forward smoothly, and the claw hook retreats accordingly to pull the pulled object out;
4. If the piston starter rod extension distance is required to be greater than the effective distance of the hydraulic puller piston starter rod during use, it is necessary to stop when the extension distance is connected to the maximum effective distance, loosen the return oil valve stem, let the piston starter rod retract, and repeat steps 1-3 again after adjustment until it is pulled out;
5. To loosen the return oil valve stem, just loosen the return oil valve slightly in the counterclockwise direction. The piston starter rod gradually retracts under the action of the spring;
6. Before use, the force required to pull out the object must be estimated, and a suitable puller must be selected. Avoid overweight use to avoid damage;
7. The working oil of the hydraulic puller should be anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the working oil must be kept clean.
